– Doors open at 13:00, concerts will start at 14:00.
– Participants under the age of 18 must enter the area with their parents. There is no age limit of 18.
– The sale of alcohol and tobacco products to participants under the age of 18 is prohibited.
– Participants of all ages are subject to a ticket.
– The organizer company reserves the right not to allow anyone it deems unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
– The organizer company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
– The organizer company has the right to change ticket prices.
– Keep your ticket and/or wristband during the event.
– It is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside to the event area.
– It is forbidden to enter the event area with Selfie Sticks and GoPro sticks.
– It is forbidden to enter the event area with professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras and cameras).
– Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. The audience accepts that audio-visual recording devices may be confiscated if the artist management deems it appropriate.
– It is forbidden to enter the event area with any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools, thermoses, motorcycle helmets and laser pointers.
– All participants must have their IDs with them and present them when requested.
– We would like to remind you that you are responsible for the items you have with you in the event area.
– Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
– Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
– Light systems in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
– Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points determined by the organizer. The organizer has the right to remove the holders of tickets not purchased from official sales points from the event area.
– Spectators who enter the event area must purchase new tickets in order to re-enter the area if they exit the area.
– Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. New tickets will not be printed for lost tickets. – The right to use photos and videos of the participants in the promotional materials belongs to the event organization and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
– According to the law, dogs of breeds that are determined to be dangerous must use a muzzle when entering the area.
– It is forbidden to enter the event area with camping chairs etc.
– New category tickets are on sale for metal music lovers under the age of 18.
– Parents are required to purchase FULL tickets in addition to the purchased under 18 tickets.
– Only mothers and fathers are accepted as parents.
– Metal music lovers under the age of 18 and their parents must enter the event together.

- Organizasyon şirketi, bilet fiyatlarında değişiklik yapma hakkına sahiptir.
- Etkinlik süresince biletinizi ve/ veya bilekliğinizi saklayınız.
- Etkinlik alanına dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek getirilmesi yasaktır.
- Etkinlik alanına Selfie Stick ve GoPro çubukları ile girmek yasaktır.
- Etkinlik alanına profesyonel ses ve görüntü araçları (video kamera ve fotoğraf makinası) ile girmek yasaktır.
- Etkinlik süresince kayıt yapmak kesinlikle yasaktır. Seyirci, sanatçı yönetimi uygun gördüğü takdirde görsel-işitsel kayıt cihazlarına el konabileceğini kabul eder.
- Etkinlik alanına yanıcı, patlayıcı (deodorant, sprey, parfüm, kolonya vb. gibi), parlayıcı, kesici ve delici olarak kullanılabilecek her türlü alet, termos, motor kaskı ve lazer imleci ile girmek yasaktır.
- Tüm katılımcıların kimliklerini yanlarında bulundurması ve istendiğinde ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir.
- Etkinlik alanında yanınızda bulunan eşyaların sorumluluğunun size ait olduğunu hatırlatmak isteriz. Vestiyer hizmeti yoktur.
- Güvenlik personeli, etkinlik alanına giren herkesi güvenlik aramasına tabii tutacaktır.
- Etkinlik alanındaki ses düzenleri geçici duyma problemlerine yol açabilir.
- Etkinlik alanındaki ışık düzenleri geçici göz rahatsızlıklarına neden olabilir.
- Etkinlik biletleri sadece organizasyon sahibi tarafından belirlenen resmi satış noktalarından alınmalıdır. Organizasyon sahibi resmi satış noktalarından alınmayan biletlerin sahiplerini etkinlik alanından çıkarma hakkına sahiptir.
- Etkinlik alanına giriş yapan seyircilerin alandan çıkış yapmaları halinde tekrar alana girebilmeleri için yeni bilet satın almaları gerekmektedir.
- Etkinlik biletleri devredilemez ve iade edilemez. Kayıp biletler için yenisi basılmayacaktır.
- Etkinliğe katılan kişilerin fotoğraf ve video çekimlerinin tanıtım materyallerinde kullanım hakkı etkinlik organizasyonuna ait olup katılımcı, etkinliğe katılarak bu hakkın kullanılmasını kabul etmektedir.
- Etkinlik alanına kamp sandalyesi vb ürünlerle girmek yasaktır.
